Everyone knows this girl. Actually, It's my super talented friend Eliza, again. This is a scene from the show she wrote and starred in "Eliza Skinner is Shameless". We had our awards screening for The 2007 48 Hour Film Project a few weeks ago at The Pioneer Theater and the films were really quite impressive - I wanted to share a few of the MANY AWESOME FILMS, here. Remember these were written, filmed and edited within 48 Hours. Before, Friday at 7pm the filmmaker did not even know what genre film they were going to be making!
I'll post more of them later this week..
Oh, Amy Sedaris and the soft subversions! No actually, not at all that subtle, and all the more hilarious for it.
Martha and Letterman seem more than happy to have Amy make a farce of their work, because they are smart and bored on the TV, I guess.

Finally went to see Eliza's freestyle rap show, NYC Beatdown, which she hosts with kickass NYC beatboxer, Shockwave.
It's awesome, a really fun stress-free music and comedy event. Only disappointment was not enough of Eliza rapping. If you know Eliza, you would feel the same, she is damn funny and knows how to rhyme really well.
Eliza host's while Adira takes the mike to hilariously crush her opponents in the beatdown!
I say that only because I LOVE the show and it's imperfectly annunciating contributors so very much.
The Kasper Hauser Comedy Podcast also loves This American Life that is why they can make such hilarious fun of it
